01

Both state law (WAC 246-290-490) and Everett Municipal Code 14.16.470 require a successful annual test by a state-certified tester.

02

Results must be submitted to the City on its Backflow Prevention Assembly Test Report form.

03

The City publishes a list of certified testers who have said they work in Everett — it isn’t an endorsement, and it doesn’t set prices.
