Yeti Backflow Testing LLC (“we”) collects the information you give us — name, phone, email, property address, and details or photos about your backflow assembly — so we can schedule service, perform testing and repairs, and file test reports with your water utility.

How we use it

• To schedule and confirm appointments by phone, text or email.
• To complete and submit backflow test reports to your water utility, as Washington regulations require.
• To send you a reminder before your next annual test. You can opt out any time by replying STOP or asking us.

Who we share it with

Your water utility (as part of the required test report) and the service providers we use to run the business (for example, our form and email providers). We don’t sell your information.

Records

We keep copies of test reports for our records and in case your utility or you need them later.
